DISCUSSION
CHALLENGES
One of our challenges was learning to work with adults instead of children. Adults th We found our survey on Writing Perceptions helped us overcome this as we were able to collate this data, hold meetings with individual teachers and work on personal goals.
Some of the issues we have overcome are; "I'm doing fine, I don't need help" or "I can't fit anything else in", entry in to the classrooms has at time been difficult. We have tried to build an understanding that Coaching is non-evaluative. Therefore, building trust and rapport has been essential.

SUCCESSES
Differentiated Coaching has allowed us to help teachers at various points in the professional careers. The students have loved working in their Writer's Notebooks and it has been really positive to see teachers willingness to learn new strategies and adjust their approach to Writing . Further to this we have learnt that adults learn very differently to children.
INTO THE FUTURE
Moving forward in 2016 we are looking at adopting a slightly different Coaching Model. We hope to work with a wider group of teachers and to release some of the responsibility to small groups.
We plan to gather initial data on teachers Literacy interests , align these needs with school strategic needs and form small specialist groups that will allow teachers to learn off each other and collaborate further with facilitation and support from our coaches.
