TERM 1
- Introduce staff to coaching - build a clear (positive) picture of coaching ("movement" not a change)
- Increase their knowledge of what the LNCA understand? Gather Data!
- Data collection - building a picture of our students and teachers (find out what works and share through the use of Rapid Downloads)
- Share long term vision of coaching with staff - Why are we doing this?
- Future vision: breeding a culture of coaching - you can become a coach too!
- What are we going to gain as a staff, for our students, as a college?
- Establish coaching relationships - ask for volunteers and identify who you want? You might not be in the first bus that leaves and you might need more time to feel comfortable with the coaching model/strategies, everyone’s journey is different and that is OKAY.
